In 2018, La Fabrique has moved next door and continues to offer its comforting, unpretentious, and contemporary cuisine. Our new space will seduce you with its spacious decor, its bright bar, and its terrace facing the park. Since its debut, La Fabrique has been celebrated for reviving the Montreal brunch scene – the Huffington Post mentions our brunch as one of the top ten in Canada. With our menu changing every three weeks, you are certain to find a morning or midday selection that will delight you.
The menu mixes classics, seasonal dishes, with Jean-Baptiste Marchand's outstanding miscellany of contrasts. With salads served in steel bowls, hand-cut tartares, generous portions, you may find it hard to restrain yourself.
La Fabrique's selection of wines and cocktails are ideal for your 5 à 7 or romantic evening. The wine list offers 150 selections, many private imports, and our artisanal cocktails can be ordered with or without alcohol.
